Your Daily 20-Minute Rhythm
5 minutes - Teaching
Dr. Lisa will introduce and guide you into the day's identity truth.
15 minutes - Scripture Meditation
Remain in a quiet, focused space with the Lord and the day's Scripture.
You'll:
- Set your mind on the day's truth, in His presence
- Reflect on who He is and who you are in Him
- Allow His truth to shape what you think, see, feel, & believe
- Stay with it until it takes root in your emotions, value, and worth
- See yourself through His eyes, responding and walking like Him
- Journal what the Lord reveals in your Reset Journal
